Looks alright, nice concept.

The shade of red, it could be darkened or have more ''dark'' patches of red in the trees/grass. Definitely change the background. Keep it up!

Hmmm im not quite sure how to do that, but i kind of like the dark purple...

 

Make the spikes to thorns(with blood on it :P :D)

The red should be a little smoother but all in all, I really like this texture pack!

It looks good, but you should look at some other hell themes in similar games, search "terraria underworld" in google images for some ideas as to how to make your textures better.

Oh and as a little extra tonight i made a couple changes! Try powering up your sword with HellBound(PreRelease2.0)

well its my first texture pack i told you to manage your expectations, Im not some master texturing wizz who can just draw anything I want.

 

So why do you even try?

 

To get better bro, its all practice. How would i get better without trying and doing it?
Plus this is partially for my own gaming experience, I like this pack and i play with it, and these forums are for everyone so why not share it?

 

I suggest you to try and get better first, then publish texturepacks.
