Overworld and Adventures

    RIP Wolffkan.
    He died at level1 from a debuff.
    And some things about overworld.
    So AI enemies at night so you have at least something to do instead of just building.
    If enemy team attacks you at night,will Zombies act as a neutral enemy?
    And will we have some sort of 'explosive block/wall'(that only destroys itself with no AoE) for those wonderful dropping rocks?

    To be fair, I was still pretty damn fresh from the womb. They yanked me out and threw me in a pit, by then the only skill I had was crying... I did a damn good job.

    Omg, so much cool ideas. Some of them seens hard to programmers implement, but if they do so, this game maybe become even more awesome. I like the idea of the magic beeing really hard to get. You can make some spells unique or -semi-unique. Make 4 heal scrolls for example, and hide them in-game, to get one of them you have to be the first to find them or defeat the previous owner (the previous owner can be a clan). This will lead to epic clan wars and fights for who controls the most powerfull spells.
    I don't like easy games. When reach the max lv you feel that there's nothing else you can do in-game. If you ever implement something like a lv system, make it really hard (if no one gets on max lv, then you know you made a good job, and if they get, add more levels).

    Spells that are used for battle seems like OP for me.
    I mean,you become a knight and you use something like fireball=never become archer again.
    But for spells that help you outside of combat,sure.
    Few examples.
    Necromancy(as they stated above).
    Alchemy(Turn materials into another kind of material).
    And so on.

    Where did you get the impression that knights could use fireballs?
    With different classes, it wouldn't be a problem to become a mage from a specific class item, like the spell tome you found.

    Just gave it an example of how OP active magic skills would be in combat.
    And sure,if im right i somewhere saw that there would be more classes near/in the full release.
    If theres a mage class THEN i wont have a problem,but other classes using offensive spells just sounds a bit too OP...

    Check out what Geti posted at the bottom of page 6 :

    I guess it will be the same as having some sword in your inventory that you can only use on melee classes, you wouldn't be able to use a sword or some heavy armor as archer right?

    So,if i have the spell tome or something.
    It will give me the ability to lets say,change to a class that i otherwise couldnt?
    That sounds nice...
    And as a question to get(if he bothers answering :P)
    Will artifacts in the game be limited so its a first come first serve style?

    I'mm assuming Overworld will look similar to KAG today. Like, 2d and stuff. Anyways, I'll be working on an overworld clan in a month or two.

    maybe mana could also be difficult to gain back, take a long time to recharge or use your own health depending on the spell. So a mage would not just nuke everything on a battlefield and is left weak between spells so it has to be protected and helped.
