The tethers fall onto the asteroid, immediately they pulse with vibrant purple streaks bolting up their lengths. The asteroid begins to glow with an eerie aura.

A ship draped in vines and mutated bio-botanicle mass emerges from the gate, drifting into the space.

The ship itself is quite large, very close to what might bee seen as a Heavy Cruiser of the ships out there except this seems to have no weapons equipped... Odd...

The vines wrap around asteroid further, covering it ever so slowly.

 

A young Bio-Vessel found something it finds... VERY tasty. Nothing else to see here.

 

"This is Quatermaster Alex Cruso, is there anyone out there?"

Small scout ships, of an unknown origin, enter this sector of space. Their motives are not clear.

tiny black cubes start appearing on the planets surface, and on the moon, but they are so small that no one takes not of them (i'd make them bigger but i'm short on time)

It seems the scout ships are escorting transport ships to the surface of the planet. Perhaps some colonization shall be attempted.

As the lava flow expands, and various noxious fumes increasingly flow out of the volcano(s), a large entrance to a crater on a neighboring satellite (Asteroid? not really sure) opens partially. The ellipses shaped crater reveals a bright red center and a metal surrounding under it's deep brown terrain.

The black cubes become noticeable in size, and grow in numbers, not much else of consequence has happened this turn, but I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.

A container blows out from underneath the ship, it curves and is now on a direct collision course with the planet.

The vines continue to envelope the first asteroid... but what's happening to the other one?

The elliptical structure on the moon appears to open to maximum capacity, fully revealing the red center with its three rings and grey background. The purpose of the structure is unknown.

The volcanic activity has increased vastly. The largest expels more fumes and more lava, and the second does the same. A new volcano has exploded hot lava and earth.

 

Sphyrna: "Escort ship, an unknown vessel has latched on to us. Their transmission indicated hostile action. Get it off us now, over!"

... The cubes sit around and... Well... be cuby. Yes, that took me 15 minutes.

 

The ships, or more formally known as the Gorg Empire, have landed upon the planet and have started to colonize the surroundings



It also seems one of their Cruisers has entered this sector. What are they planning to do?
