    My new map is finally here.

    Story: A continuation from my last map. The King of the Reds and Lord Blue had made mincemeat out of the lost civilization's castle, and heretofore have looted the merry shit out of it. Many men were slain in the process, but hey, it was a small price to pay for limitless riches.

    About halfway through the sorting processes of said riches, both sides learned of the existence of a vast underground vault that was also built by the very same civilization.

    "A vast underground vault? Why, it must be teeming with more riches!" said the King of the Reds to his advisor.

    "One can assume as much, sir," the advisor replied, "But haven't you gotten enough riches already?"

    The King harumphed. "Bullocks! There is still no such thing as gold plated toilet paper in my kingdom, and I have plans to change that!"

    The advisor sighed. "Yes milord," and set about preparing the army and the builders for the journey.

    But of course, Lord Blue was just as greedy and determined to take the contents of the vault for himself...

    Scenario: An intricate decaying catacomb filled with lots of secrets and surprises. The map is almost entirely underground, so builders will have to work together with knights and archers to tunnel through enemy defenses. The two sides are not symmetrical - Blue is easier to defend while Red has easier access to gold and wood. This map is compatible with CTF and gold hunt.

    Other info: If server is running goldhunt I recommend increasing the required gold to at least 30%
    Known bugs: The background stone will reveal sky when it is broken; I cannot find a way to fix this, so after a while the map may look like swiss cheese.

    Due to the fact that I am still unable to create my own servers (see this thread http://kagforum.com/viewtopic.php?id=144) this map will need testing from the community. If you run it on your server please send me an email via this forum to let me know so I can join in the action :) Thanks!

    Holy Sh*t Thorn. That's on par with your last map!

    You set the bar too high for the rest of us. Mine looks like a 2 year old drew my map. :(

    Tried to have a mix of close and long range engagements with the anthill and the forests. The hill can be navigated as is, so that's fairly rush friendly, but the cliffs and the premade towers make for an solid defense. It also shouldn't suffer from a lot of late game problems as the bedrock in the center should prevent that from becoming a knight moshpit too easily, the bedorck cliffs will stop tunnelers, and there are plenty of trees.

    The colours are changed in the new build, so once that's released the wiki'll have to be changed.

    First map, I know it'll be obsolete next build, but then I'll hopefully have my map builder if this whole Gold thing is sorted out.

    Anyways, Mountain as a control point, mostly flat, with some stone deposits and a bit of gold, most of the gold is in certain places (obviously). Wrote up a quick script and ran in after I set up the base shape to put in all the bedrock and etc in the ground to finish half the map, then just copied and flipped that half so it'd be symmetrical. In other words, I'm going for a 100% balanced map. In all reality though, it kinda sucks in my opinion, but it really depends on how it plays out in MP.

    EDIT: Stupid Tinypic keeping the old version. Anyways, Photobucket. Fixed the spawns

    Looks fairly good. Only thing I would suggest is just a little more resources near the top of the map.

    There's plenty of stone caches near the top, but most are thick stone so you can't just make deathpits right away.

    That's the point of the island and mountain :P Nice gold caches, plus you can't just get like 200+ gold in the build period. This is made for long teamwork-requiring battles (like this game is supposed to have) which explains all the bedrock and thick stone rather than having >50% dirt and normal stone

    Again though, it's kinda undetermined whether it's good or not until it's been played.

    It's the only map on the official test server. It's very slow with only a few people.
