[Pretty random] Installation issues

Hello, I run an Ubuntu, I have recently downloaded the Linux version of KAG, I extracted it and so, and the file was in .exe, which Linux does not support, help.

 

You could have downloaded the wrong version by accident, try: http://kag2d.com/downloads/kag_x.tar.gz

 

I downloaded that, there is a KAG icon and there are some circles there, I just need to know how to install KAG in Ubuntu.

 

Then be specific. You didn't ask how to run KAG in ubuntu, you claimed there was an .EXE file in it (which is not the case).

 

Okay, how do I run KAG in ubuntu, run as in install.

 

At the moment KAG does not offer some sort of desktop integration, so you'll have to manually decompress and run it via the commandline (other options available, someone else could point them out).

Open a terminal, Navigate to the folder you downloaded kag_x.tar.gz, decompress and run with the following commands:

tar zxf kag_x.tar.gz

cd kag_x

./KAG

 

Is it possible that KAG is 32-bit?

 

kag is 32bit

 

Well, I have the solution to run 32bit on 64bit, thanks for helping anyways.

 

This is an exemplary case of communication failure. Locking cause this might get ugly.
