    The kills deaths deaths shouldn't be wrong but sometimes they can get mixed around or either get restarted or just simply go down. It's just an anoying thing from the curent version of the game, it should be fixed in the next few versions. :D

    First, what are seclevs? I think it means security levels. what is it for/do?
    Second, what do you mean by 'logged in the rcon'?

    Logging in to the rcon means you will get administrator rights on the server (see collapses for example). You will need the RCON password to log in. You can set that password at the dedicated_autoconfig file on your server's scripts folder.
    Normal users are therefore not able to see the collapse log, unless an admin gives them the right to see them. (add view_collapses to the normal seclev)

    Adding on to what Downburst has explained, you can log in with your recon password when you press the home button.
    Then you will need to type /rcon /login (then the password).

    how does the report function work exactly?
    like this
    -someone reports a post
    -mod looks at post
    -if it breaks one of the rules gets deleted and/or poster gets warning
    is that right? i don't like to run on suspicions. it doesn't feel good.

    That's not a head. That's the builder raising his right arm over his face in a Nazi salute. That was the original animation for a builder pointing up while emoting (like how a knight points his sword:dance:). The sprite has been changed since then.
    That's pretty much how it works.
