I thought I was recording this through bandicam but apparently dumb old me forgot to hit the fucking record button. However, I do have chatlogs that blatantly show him griefing on @wormy 's sandbox server "private sandbox". I was planning on uploading the video and showing him when I found out I wasn't recording and when I found this thread. Just wanted to upload more evidence about his behavior, seems like he likes doing this kind of stuff on unofficial servers though. But again, still does it even to this day :D

As you can see he literally starts spamming kegs on people's buildings as soon as he joins the server. I'm sending Bunnie a message in a convo about this so he knows that this happened but, just thought i'd also post it here as it is evidence that this person's still as much of a griefer as they were back then. And if he's not griefing, he's being a complete shitter in official servers and annoying people through the chat. Rather awful player. Me switching teams was to try and kill him and the part about "trying to save the keg" is me smacking it out of his hands and throwing it out of the person's building. Sadly he managed to get a couple in there and blew it to shreds. I felt really bad for them :<

From now on I don't accept reports from so called "Creative" servers. Reasons behind this decision?

• It's really hard to tell whether it's griefing or not. There are no teams "to be griefed".
• Why the hell in creative servers catapults are enabled? This is beyond my comprehension.
• And c'mon. It's creative server - just rebuild your stuff. You can build the same on your local sandbox and if you want to brag about it - just take screenshot and show it to your friends.

When he says reports, I think he means brand new reports, not additional evidence. The additional evidence is posted to show that the guy is still a shitter to this day, i'm not expecting a ban or anything, especially since this happened not on an official server and wasn't hacking. It's simply a showcase of more evidence of griefing. If *furai* didn't want it there they wouldn't have approved the message, they would've probably given me a warning and deleted it, as each message has to be approved by *furai* who knows these rules by now as well as his rules by now. (I know these rules as well, no need to remind me that they exist.) When I look at griefer report, and additional evidence. I tend to think they're different words and should be treated differently, if my post IS breaking these rules then "This INCLUDES additional evidence" should be added to that section to avoid confusion, and *furai* will see to it that it's deleted.

Basically, that rule (to me anyway) applies to MAIN evidence, not secondary evidence.

 

Goddamn this guy is awful, this is ridiculous. Luckily, I got video this time! Here's him being incredibly racist against a good player @dayleaf as well as trying to kick him for no reason other than "He's lagging", which is not a valid reason to file a kick report against somebody.



I myself got furious at this guy, so I apologize for the massive amount of swearing that I do in chat. But jesus, dayleafs a good player for the community, and to see some racist bigot come in and dictate who can play and not is absolutely appalling. He did vote in favour on the vote though, and did argue about why Dayleaf shouldn't be playing on the american server and should go somewhere else. I was really upset about this, he really didn't deserve to be targeted like that. Sure, a little bit of trolling never hurt anybody, but this goes WAY too far. Stuff like that is harmless trolling to me, but the rest of it was just insane and the fact that he doesn't STOP with this kinda act, turns it quickly from harmless trolling and screwing around into being a total shitter.

Sure dayleaf did insult him back and called him a "Retarded american" but how would you act in a situation like that? I know I wouldn't be able to keep my cool. I wasn't able to keep my cool just watching from the sidelines! I'm gonna lie down for a bit, this whole situation just killed me a little inside.

It's mainly for the attempt at false kicking. The guy clearly has some wrong ideas about what is warranting of a kick vote and he even thought that what he was doing was right, and would just lead to stricter ping limits instead of an actual punishment. Racism alone isn't worth a ban, But I feel that the combination of false kicking and very harsh racism/harassment warrants it. The guy acts like this all the time as well, very toxic player. If the false kick/racism combo doesn't warrant a ban i'll be wary around the guy and see if I can catch him griefing or something else. And i'll get admins off of IRC or Steam when I can.
