Thought itd be interesting to put in some sort of people system,every team starting with 30 people in their group.
Your people went to the north where the mountain and cave is.
It took your people years to learn how to smelt ore,and even longer how to hammer it into something either used for protecting or killing.
Having seen so many ores and developing their own ways to prospect for ore gave your people an advantage,living off the goats and bears.
Your people also learnt how to turn furs into leather.
You have lost 2 people fighting bears and the harsh winters of the mountain
However,the wild inhabitants of the forests did not stay wild and learned how to use nature to survive.
Be it from bows,to horses,but the rarity of ores in the forest and the diseases made it a hard life for them.
They lost 3 people to diseases.
And they learnt how to tan leather and build wooden houses.
Leaving them no choice but to move to other lands,take it by force if they had to.

Technologies Inhabitants technologies: Farming,bows,leather gear,tanning leather,wood structures.
Your technologies: Blacksmithing,prospecting,iron gear,tanning leather,tents.

Your group has 28 people left.

You own: the northern mountain(s).
They own:The eastern forests.
You have enough people just to defend 1 spot for now,or improve your own defense/training.'
