    This game seems like it would benefit greatly from some procedurally-generated (random) maps. Also seems like the type of game that it wouldn't be that hard to code that for...

    On the plus side: would solve for the feeling of staleness that playing the same maps all the time brings.
    On the minus side: balance. Could generate half the map and mirror it so that both sides have the same advantages/disadvantages.

    Nice Idea, I do like it. Maybe it could be a possible mod. Not sure if the devs would add something like this though

    What I meant was, each time a new game starts, a new map is generated. I haven't seen that on any server. They all seem to have a set number of maps and just rotate them. Can generators produce maps on-the-fly?

    Next time a thread you create is locked, do not make a new one. PM a moderator/administrator what you want to say/ask.

    As Kouji said, generators do exist which can, as you say, produce maps on-the-fly. However, no servers in beta currently have any, because it is hard to design a generator that will make maps that aren't garbage.
