Report abusive players (griefers/hackers)

He's referring to the server logs, i.e. the ones that will have "Collapse By __" reports, which can be used as proof.

Ruined our skybridge (built by me). He also wanted to insult me on a national basis (national discrimination).

That's sad. As much as skybridges are often a waste of time, it's sad that that kind of infantile behaviour carries on on premium servers.

 

I can back this up. He argued a lot about how it was right to do this as skybridges are a bug to him.The irony is that later in the game he became a big fan of a defense construction that rambo built. And that constuction was in fact a long skybridge out of stone that he destroyed the first block of so it crushed almost the entire enemy team and we won. So this was not so much about stonzi's opinion about skybridges it was about him being self-righteous.

Maybe the developers could solve problems like these by either disabling skybridges (again) or if they want them in the game letting peole know and ban them like every other griefer.

 

I was witness of this event, however on the other team, I did see the complete log, I also confronted him with why he did it.
He said the skybridges are unfair and defy the phsysics of the game, that alone he said justified his action of destroying the skybridge.
He said he felt like skybridges were unfair and broke the game in his opinion, and therefore basicly had the right to destroy someone else's structure. (<- psycho murderer mindset much).
I unfortunately do not have any logs, so I can't prove the things I've written above with anything more then my word.
I didn't ask him if he would do it again, so I don't know if he regrets doing it, it sure didn't sound like it.
I think a confronting warning, or a "yellow card" or something like that would be appropiate.

 

Agreed - not liking an aspect of the game is not an excuse to grief.

 

I agree and not the first time I have heard of stronzi complaining and griefing skybridges. I have came into a few games where it had apparently just happened but was never in a position to screenshot/get a log.

Last time EricTheGreat was on a server, and pretended to be a noob. I taught him some stuff, and he was really disinterested but acted like he didnt knew things. He then griefed and said "I wanted to try it out" as if it was his first time.

A good reason to implement Ipv6. Then trolls should be permanantly banned. Bored kids are really bothersome.
