I scream and thump at the wall, hoping someone would realise I'm here, and get me out, but the third wall feels and sounds... different. Like as if I wasn't hitting rock but.. glass? Filled with renewed hope, I start clearing off the dust and grime that coated the surface. After it was all gone I just collapsed onto the ground and cried. It was no glass pane looking upon another room. It was a mirror. At least I know what I look like now, I thought glumly. My eyes were a blue, like a base a gas flame. My skin was pale, and my hair a silvery white. I was filled with a deep sadness, which, with time turned into a deep, seething fury. Why on earth am I stuck in here?! I did nothing wrong, well, nothing I can remember. I picked up a rock from the rubble on the ground and hurled it into the mirror. It came away with a splintering crash and revealed a dark room it has been hiding.

Surprised at the new development, I picked up one of the mirror shards. One side was a mirror, the other side you could see through. Not that it would do any good, with the filth previously covering it. The room was bare, with only a mounted, unlit torch hanging in its bracket. My eyes came across a door, knowing it would be locked. I picked up one of the largest 'mirror' shards. There was a chance that I would have to be fighting my way out, and I would rather do it with some sort of weapon, despite how meagre and unsuitable it may be. I braced for impact and I rammed open the door, stumbling as it fell off its hinges, and I bursted in front of a startled Barnan.

(Sorry I haven't been replying for a while, I've been sorting myself out in preparation for exams and stuff. :()

After waiting for a further five minutes, a single guard walked round the corner, looking directly at me, before jerking his thumb back.
"Shifts over. Take your break, the Lord's put some great donuts in th-don't put that sword in t--"
I grabbed the once guard by the foot, and dragged him into the cell. Next stop, the guard house, I fancy some donuts.

(It's barely enough for me to make a move, but it was an action, nevertheless.)

My army and I are preparing to march throughout the land, conquering key points to win this war and finish off the last of the humans. A force just large enough will stay to defend the keep, and if anything goes wrong, a minuscule switch on my wrist will send it to the Heavens. Literally. It will implode with the force of a thousand suns, and anything fifty miles in the vicinity goes away in a flash as well. My army consists of hundreds of thousands of soldiers, fit with the latest technological advances, to optics on the crossbow, to spears that can withstand a great white shark's fiercest bite. My energy will be drained for quite some time, as conjuring this many soldiers for the march has taken a tremendous toll on my spirit. It will be worth it once everything is mine. I will be within my army at random points, protected heavily, to avoid any types of assassination. I hope that scandal of a barbarian with his mercenary troops will not interfere, nor do a wish to stumble upon the former king of the Zombies.

My plan is the following: I will march through the Forlorn Woods to Laketown, eliminating anyone that a may find. I will travel across Gunnthra Lake, and snag up anyone in the small camp near there. I will then venture into the goblin forest, to make peace and, hopefully, ally with the Goblins, (Someone should totally play a Goblin leader!) and then betray them once they've done what I want. Then, I will whip around Gunnthra Mountain to Vadolran Village, eliminating anyone there, of course. Then I will go to the City of People, King Arthur's Castle Ruins, and finally the Forgotten Outpost. I will then return to my keep, and capture the Goblins as slaves, and world domination will be mine, if everything goes right, of course.

(I used dylan's map for this march, and if you all thing it is too meh, please tell me, but keep in mind I WANT interferences, mercenary bandit guy and former Zombie leader, hint hint. I kind of want to feel powerful and feared, but diffidently not overpowered. Thank you.)

(Wow! I was not expecting that! Good play feet!)

Startled, I quickly jump out of the way. As I was following the man down a long hall way, some crazed person with a wild look on her face just burst out of a door to my right. Seeing the piece of glass in her hand I disarm him quickly with a swipe of my hand on his wrist.

"Who are you!" I ask with my hand on my broad sword.

    (Her, Khan, Her. Imma girl)

'I don't know,' I answer pathetically. Arrg, I must sound so stupid right now. And that sword, eekk! He looks at me with a dangerous look in his eye, like he really knows how to use that thing. I must flee!
I madly dash the way he's going. I'm in a bit of a pickle right now. Ohh, FUU-
I just past the last door and is heading into a dead end.

    (Edited me other post, sorry)

I draw my broad sword, drop it on the ground and put my hands out to show here that I mean no harm. "It's OK, I didn't mean to startle you, it alright, your safe" I say in a soothing way and slowly walk towards her.

(I wonder what the villiger is making of all this)

I slowly walk towards him, convinced he has no bad intentions. Can't say the same for his friend. I ask him what his name is.
    'Barnan' he replies.
In the short time I've woke up, I've already got a friend. And he has a great, big sword. And can use it.
    I smile.

(Nice nice, I'll post something today too. Btw masonmistel, the zombies are supposed to be kinda.. dead meat moving? x3
I doubt they'd have abilities to use any high-tech weaponry, sorry if I'm a little too controlling, but maybe you could just have a small group of bad people in your army, and the rest would be mindless zombies that you control?)

I carefully pick up my sword, so I don't scare her, and put it back in my sheath.

"What's your name?" I ask her.

    (How old are you?)

    'I don't know,' I reply, 'I already told you.'
'So you don't know your own name'
'Yeah, I also don't know how I even got here in the first place'
    Barnan looks at me strangly.
'Well, I'm going to meet the leader of this place. Coming?'
(Because that's what you ask people you've just met that have bursted out of a wall)
    'Sure'

Me and Cavall started after Baldulf, myself garbed in the other guard's armour, keeping Cavall situated between the two of us. He was to be our prisoner, though instead of getting into this hellish tower, instead we were escaping! We met no resistance as we ascended the staircases, heading up towards the guard tower and the battlements. The few human guards we met simply nodded in our direction, occasionally spitting on Cavall as he was marched between us. And as for the zombies, well, they acted like we weren't there at all. They may be killing machines, but they are stupider than someone who has inhaled my homemade mushroom stew.

We finally arrived at the top of the guard tower, greeted by a delicious smell of donuts, a welcome dawn light, and a wonderful view of the army of undead that were going to wipe out humanity. Thousands at a time, abominations clawed out of the ground, howling almost as in agony, long forgotten skeletons regrowing their flesh, though diseased and pox ridden, at an alarming rate. I stared in horror, what could have so much power to do this? We had all heard tales of old, tales of necromancers that were rumoured to be capable of summoning dozens of the dead to fight for their cause. But nothing on this scale, not even close. Cavall was staring wide-eyed at the army down below, sweat beading on his brow. Hell, I looked at Baldulf through the helmet, and, for the first time since I've known him, his eyes betrayed his fear.

A voice echoed throughout the land, a voice that didn't need to shout, but commanded authority. I immediately pinned the voice to a dark form that hovered over the battlefield.
"Today is the day you regain your right to life! Today is the day you take your revenge over those who have abandoned you to the horrors of war, those who left you to die! I have given you all a second chance, now, you will serve me! Alud Ido Maktros Tornag!

All of a sudden, the legions of the damned stopped spouting out of the earth, and, as one, faced south out of the valley and began to run. Running towards whatever semblance of civilisation still remained in this world.

Well. Run is the term that Shax used so immediately. With my lexicon, I might prefer the term 'shamble' or 'saunter', as it would make it seem like I had more time to do something. Preferably that didn't include dying painfully.

I filled my pack with the delicious donuts that were in the guardroom. Donuts are the last salvagable thing from this disgusting place. I get the feeling that we should be leaving about now; hopefully the same route we took to the guardroom, along with the same tactic, should get us out of here, provided no-one noticed the fact that this armour is two sizes too small. At least.

"We need to get out of here!"
"You don't say" Baldulf replied, once again displaying his immensely annoying gift for sarcasm. We hurried down the stairs, eager to escape. We were a mere 30 steps away from freedom when...
"Oi! You there! Where are you taking that prisoner?"
We turned around, a guard was glaring at as, a halberd clutched firmly in his left hand.
"Ah, well" Baldulf spluttered "You see, we were instructed to, uh, take the prisoner outside to be executed!"
"Really now? Then why not make use of the torture rooms? Or the kitchen? The fellows are getting sick of donuts, some...meat would be a nice change."
"No, I think that would be....ah sod it" in one swift movement, Baldulf drew a dagger from his belt, and threw it straight into the guard's helmet's eyeholes.
We ran out, not bothering about 'stealth' anymore, though it didn't matter in the end, everyone was watching the horde in the distance with morbid curiousity. When we were far away from the tower, exhaustion finally claimed me, and I sunk to the rocky mountain floor.
"What should...we do....now" And I collapsed, watching Baldulf smirk at me, before I fell asleep

"Do you know who this woman is?" I ask our guide.

"You will have to ask the leader" He said without looking at me.
