RP- The Shroud descends

Raven asks the villagers of where the kingdom of Rune is, and shows them the letter. But they all look terrified whenever he shows them it. Puzzled by the reaction, he goes back to his house.

 

Light grips his fists at the confusion of the sudden battle and yells "Stop! God dammit!" He grips his fists and flames erupt from the ground burning everything in site "Calm down.." Light says as the fire dies out

 

Raxor forgot Lark and walked over to Light until he stared face to face with him. He then let out a deafening roar, sending spittle all over Light's face.

 

Light stood there for a minute then punched this stranger in the face with his blazing hot fist sending him to the ground "Lark lets get out of here already. You'll fill me in on who these people are later." He said with an stressed face.

 

"I'm coming!" Yelled Lark before he was unexpectedly whipped into the air by Falucis's tendrils then Raxor midair body slammed him to the ground. Lark managed to stab Raxor with his dagger and fire a shard before Falucis and Raxor fled.

 

Stunned, Ugos stared after them. "One of these days, i'm gonna show you pansies a real fight."
"It's all hit and run now..."

 

"That man was Falucis, he used to be a ranger like me. That Raxor guy's a werewolf, I'm guessing…" Lark trailed off "We have to keep on moving to the Calaper Caves, Light, you remind me of myself. Bold, feisty and headstrong, let's keep on moving." It was not long until they returned back to the Calaper Caves.

 

"Lark before we enter the caves, Can i ask you something?" Light grabbed larks shoulder while pulling out a old book "You must have been around for a while..And i dont hate you, i actually infact like the undead despite our fight earlier. But have you ever heard of wyverns, they are supposed to be extinct but i need to find one after i help you out."

 

"Ah yes, in my time I heard of the wyvern, I know of the last wyvern. He resides in the isle of Skye where the rangers and I lived, we tamed him while we were alive but he has probably gone feral, he is very territorial, I know you don't hate me. The isle of Skye is just north of here at the coast." Lark peeked into the cavernous entrance, "Ella we're back!"

 

Light pulls out a map and marks a spot. While following Lark. "Alright, thanks." He said while putting the map away.

 

"Took you long enough!" Ella looked across the trio, "I don't know what you've been up too, but you guys look pretty beat up. Come on in, Aspathe is here, maybe she can heal you." She started leading them inside "What happened to Raven?"

 

Light scratches the back of his head "I guess you were expecting me to come with lark and his comrade" He giggles "Ravens attending to his own affairs also my wounds are fine these are things i want to keep." Light said while rubbing his scars and wounds.

 

"Ok we need to gather everyone and send them to the tactical room."

 

Light scratches the back of his head more and mumbles to himself "I feel like a black sheep in a herd of white sheep... i barley no anyone and im helping them fight a huge crisis... seems alot like another situation i was in....*coughs*" "Oi oi oi, Excuse me, huuh.. Ella is it? Or Lark..Do you guys have any form of anvils or anything in this area i could use?" Light asks

 

"Ok everyone! To the tactical room!" Lark ushered everyone into the room and pulled out a map.

"Ok so The Shroud has used the zombies to build a fort around Temor. We will need catapults and if Light can muster his powers he can turn the rocks which Ugos will summon into molten slag. When we get inside and the fighting is finished, Ella, and I will follow up to combine our magic to banish it. Aspathe you will rush in and heal anyone and fight when needed."

"Light and Ugos are leading A group consisting of the 3 catapults and 4 packs of archers with heavy flaming arrows, you will take point at the cliff to open fire."

"Ella and I are leading group B consisting of 2 squads of heavy infantry and 5 squads of Light, we will charge from the bushes after the initial attack and make it to the centre."

Aspathe you're in charge of group C consisting of mages, you will bring up the rear and support us with healing and magic."

"Ok any questions?"

//That took a while to write :P

 

"huuh.. Do we have top notch equipment for this?.. Just give me a few hours and i can make us some weapons and armor.. just point me towards a area i can blacksmith in." Light says while asking his question again

 

//Time for me to arrive. Abit late though. :p

While Raven thoroughly read through his Wind tomes, a figure appeared before him. He was wearing a robe and a hood over his head, and he wielded a staff that looks like a bird. "Huh? Who are you?" Raven asked. "You do not need to know who I am, young one. But, I know that you must travel to Temor." The figure said. "Why?" Raven asked. "Your questions will be answered, but trust me. I'll reveal myself when the time is right. But go, time is of the essence." The figure said. "I guess it can't hurt..." Raven said. He went outside of his house. He looked at a map that he obtained from the chest back at the Dungeon of Despair. "Hm, that way. It looks quite far. I better get moving right now." Raven thought. He then starting running to there at swift speed, though the wound of his leg made him go slower.

 

"I will wait for Ella and group B to arrive, I'll see you all on the battlefield." Lark pulled the hood of his purple cloak over his skeletal face and disappeared into nothingness.

 

Light grips his fist and sighs while walking to Ugos

 

"Light, I think we have an old one somewhere. We couldn't grab much, rushing out from Temor. Follow me." Ella led Light to a little room, braced by a few wooden supports. "We have a few things in here, hopefully it'll be enough."
