RP- The Shroud descends

Ella had gone to sit by a tree as she waited for the others to return. But it seemed she had drifted off to sleep yet again. She looked around, where had the others got off too?

 

While Raven walks, a figure appears in front of him. "I told you we'd meet again." The figure said. "Hey, you're the person who appeared in my house, am I right?" Raven asked. "Correct, I'd reveal myself when the time is right, which is now. I... Am Lucius. Lucius the Prophet and Archsage. I must show you something, Raven." Lucius said. Raven and Lucius were teleported at a temple. "I must show you the Badges' true power, and unlock the ultimate power. Another figure appeared before Raven. It looked yellow.. "Who's that?" Raven questioned Lucius. "That's you." He replied. "So, I got a dark me, and now I have...Yellow me?" Raven asked. "Yes, you must defeat it to unlock your true self." Lucius said. He then teleported away.

Raven's transformed self took a battle stance. "I love a challenge. Let us brawl." Raven said with a confident tone.

 

Lark managed to fend off all the sludge monsters, "let's go!" He yelled, they set off for Temor. When he arrived he kneeled down and waited for a minute, then unleashed a psychic message telling everyone to return to Temor as soon as possible.

 

Light has gotten lost due to the fact hes barely conscious and just rolling his body around. He manages to get on his knees but ends up throwing up large amounts of blood. He passes out and suddenly a man appears. "Jeez... Kids these days.." He says while swinging Lights body around his shoulder. The old man carrys him throughout a forest and into an old log cabin. He cuts off his stubs and stitch's his wounds. Lights then bandaged up and doesn't wake up for 5 days.

 

Looking across the street, Ella saw Lark kneeling down. Aspathe was beside him. "Hey!" She yelled running over, "What happened to you two?"

 

Lark told her about his adventures and asked if she go the psychich message.

 

Ella gave him a confused look. "Uh, no?"

 

The battle between Raven and his transformed self was a fight that was intense and caused chaos everywhere. They teleported everywhere, unleashing magic, making a destructive shockwave, or even causing explosions. Soon enough, they had sundered even the temple, and all that was left of it was the now damaged marble ground of the temple. The sky itself was shrouded by dark clouds and full of thunder.

 

Aspathe suddenly remembered that she had left her stuff back out in the forest. Just before she left Temor she told Lark that the Ents were... unable to help.

 

Light had woken up 4 days early. "Where am i......" Light looks down and sees tons of stitching and bandages he tries to get up when. -Stay down kid unless you wanna bleed out- The old man sitting on a chair said. Light was too weak to even move up too much anyway. He layed back and thought about the man that defeated him. Light clenches his toes together... *Wait...* Hes thinking *I still have my legs..* Light jumps out of bed and blood spills out of his wounds. -Kid! How are you moving! Get down!- "Out of my way!" Light says as hes struggling to move outside. He gets outside and starts kicking a tree. -What are you doing!?- "I'll be inside later, thank you for taking care of me but i dont have alot of time!" Light says while panting and training in the cold forest weather.

 

The battle still continued. Raven's one of greatest challenges yet. Their fists collided and it caused more destruction at where they are.
After hours of cruel brawling, the transformed Raven finally prepared to charge its final attack. It curled up into a ball and prepared to spin off at quick speed. Raven began to charge up an energy beam, mixed with arcane and wind magic, and with the power of the 7 Badges.

Just as transformed Raven charged off, Raven quickly released the beam.
Somehow, his transformed self managed to survive it and was still edging closer, even though the beam was still in the process of being fired. Just as his transformed self was about to hit Raven, the energy beam grew more powerful and pushed his transformed self back. Soon enough, in a few minutes, Raven's transformed self was finally obliterated.

"It looks like you've done it." Lucius said as he just arrived out of nowhere. "You've unlocked the badges' true power. You've even learnt something new." He said. Energy swirled around Raven. Energy of various colours. Red, yellow, blue, green, purple, orange, and pink. Raven felt more faster than he was previously, and he felt far more powerful. And last of all, he was now able to curl up into a ball. The badges were no longer needed. All the power was now within Raven.

"You've learnt much now, go forth and fulfill your destiny." Lucius said as he teleported Raven back to where he was. Raven started running back to Temor.

 

Lark saw Raven running back to Temor, he greeted him with a nod. Lark walked over with the others to a lake, when he arrived Hydron burst out of the water, "I think that mask, belongs to me," he said as he lifted Lark up and ripped off his mask. Hydron then proceeded to drag Lark into the murky depths of the lake.

 

"Hey! Wait a minute!" Raven said as he curled up into a ball and charged towards Hydron, knocking him back, and letting go of Lark.

 

Hydron knocked him back and swam with Lark into the depths of the lake and into an underwater tunnel. Lark managed to pry himself out of Hydron's hands, he swam away from Hydron, who was searching for him. He finally gave up and left Lark alone, Lark came out, but had no idea where he was, he saw a sort of underwater city and started to swim over to it, but felt a slimy tentacle ease over his neck, then he was pulled back into the darkness.

He had to get that mask of his back, he turned to see a great loutish beast, walking on to legs towards him with a pincer. Lark jumped out of the way as the pincer missed his head by a hairs width, he met face to face with another creature with a spike, except it was red and white rather than black. He met the swing full on and was knocked into the arms of a brown creature, whose height was only half his width, he struggled out and was shot with a squid that latched on to him, fired by a green creature. He pulled it off and finally saw what appeared to be the leader, an impossibly tall and thin, horror instilling creature, with bloody, dirty teeth. It's blue shade helped it camouflage perfectly in the waters, it walked towards him, preparing its long sword-like weapon.

Lark, for one of the very rare times in his life, felt fear as it bore down on him. He yelped as it smashed him, he grabbed onto a ledge. If he fell, he would perish down that immense crevice, he saw a red creature, whose tentacle was leading off the edge, he realised what was happening but it was to late, the tentacle dragged him down the crevice.

 

"Lark!" Ella yelped. She charged a light orb, surrounding herself in it. It would allow her to breath for a short time. She leapt into the lake, trying her best to swim down. But it was hard work, the bubble constantly wanted to rise. She grit her teeth and pushed down further into the lake. She spotted Lark, above a deep crevice. A strange creature was pressing down on him. She could only hope he would see the light from her orb and hold on a little longer.

 

Lark saw Ella above him, so he wrinkled out of the tentacle's grasp and swam towards her. He landed on a flat chunk, "that mask is mine!" bellowed Hydron, only to be tackled by some underwater hound, which Hydron disposed of. There, the blue creature from before ran at Lark, he picked up the mask and threw it up, "ELLA!" He yelled as he floated back down towards the clashing weapons.

 

Ella flew forward, grabbing the mask and pulling it inside her orb. "Hey you sea slugs! I have the mask! Leave Lark alone!" She yelled before swiftly starting on her ascent. She had to get the mask away, in doing so she might be able to distract the creatures, buy Lark an escape. Her orb shot towards the surface.

 

Lark ducked in between the weapons, he saw the brown creature swim towards Ella and grab the mask off her and swim away. "Hey! Give me that mask you over sized inn food!" He swam up and threw the mask into the deep blue, and an enormous crab like creature with a huge mouth swallowed it whole. Ella and Lark resurfaced from the water to find an arm less Light.
