RP- The Shroud descends

"There's gotta be a way to heal you." Raven said.

 

"I dont want to be healed..the only thing that can be done is one arm" Light says with a big grin "But that is for the future.. let me show you how much iv changed.." Light raises his one leg and smashes it into the ground sending a huge chunk of the ground into the air in which he jumps and spins around in mid air the kicks the chunk at raven. The attack leaves a wound on Lights leg because his technique is still not yet perfect.

 

Raven jumps to the side, evading the attack.

 

"Thats all you can do?" Light laughs and starts kicking waves of fire at Raven

 

"Oh, we started? Well!" Raven said as he ran out of the waves of fire. He then ran up a tree, curled up into a ball, and fired himself at Light.

 

Light goes "Well i figured you were just warming up with me" Light twirls side ways into the air and kicks Ravens head as hes flying towards him

 

While Lark waited for Aspathe's reply, he saw the two sparring, "Hey! Keep at least 50 metres away thanks!"

 

Raven lands on his feet. "Don't worry! We won't be doing much... I think." Raven said to Lark.

 

Lark saw something behind them, it was a four legged, winged serpent, with an elongated jabbing poisonous tongue. "Jaculus!" He yelled as it leaped for the duo.

 

Light stops sparring and stares at the beast.. It just drops in fear. "Go...ur disturbing us.." Light says with a harsh tone.

 

The Jaculus snorted and flew away to wreak havoc somewhere else, as it flew away it saw an innocent traveler and its tongue flew down into his neck killing him. It dragged the meal back to its nest.

 

Light turns back to Raven.. "Go full out, burst every fiber of your magic out.. we need to be ready for what were going up against.." Light says while kicking off his boots and sinking his toes into the ground.

 

"Try not to destroy Temor too much you two." Ella laughed.

 

"We all have our secrets Lark, even you," Aspathe replied mysteriously, " Some are just bigger than others."

 

"Well, don't be surprised if bad things happen to you, Death is not your friend. I know that from experience, also, when you were unconscious," Lark paused, then whispered, "I saw your wings, don't worry, your secret is safe with me.

"I know he's not my friend." He's my employer, I mentally added to myself.

//Yep.

 

"I'll be right back," Lark muttered, walking over and out of sight. He then walked through a blue portal, "Death," Death turned around, "Yes Lark?" he questioned. "Don't do that to Aspathe, reverse it, you don't know what you're doing." Lark threatened, "who's going to stop me?" Death gloated, Lark was hiding the bow behind his back, he quickly loaded an arrow and pulled it towards Death. The bow was yanked out of his hand and flew into Death's, Lark cursed and pulled out his dagger, sprinting at Death, gaining speed, as he want to strike he was flipped over himself dropping his dagger.

Lark shook his head, muttering foul phrases, then he jump-kicked Death, bringing them both to the ground, their was an elongated struggle, since it was Death's realm he was winning. Lark stepped back to lean against the tree but it gave way, causing Lark to fall over, Death walked over to Lark while he was down, "I'm sorry it had to end this way, friend." The boot came down, and it all went black.

Raven prepared himself. "Right, let's brawl." Raven said.

Meanwhile...
Dark Raven moaned. "Are my upgrades done?" He asked. "Of course, master. You are now a god. Dark Raven stepped foward. "I will no longer bear the name of Raven. I am Astaroth!" He said, with his new robotic and cold voice. "I have 5 Dark Essences. Only 2 more to go. "Arthen!" Astaroth called his champion. "What is it, your lord?" Arthen asked. "I want you to go to Temor, and destroy my... Other self." Astaroth commanded. "Very well." Arthen said. "I have enhanced your powers to match his speed, there is no way he can beat you." Arthen nodded. He started running to Temor.

 

Lark woke up to find himself on the outskirts of Temor, he picked up his weapons and saw Arthen speeding along. He felt the urge of Lord Skorge nag him, and he let it take over. Lord Skorge finds he has a new power, short range teleportation, he whipped his cape around him. Lord Skorge appeared from the side and stuck his arm out, as Arthen recovered Lord Skorge teleported away, and reappeared behind him with a heavy anvil and dropped it.
