"Use your magic!" Ella yelled at Frost. "Water trumps fire."
She charged a large light ball and sent it slamming into the elemental.

Ugos shivered in his troubled sleep.
His vivid dreams portrayed his family, together with him.
A group of Saurians were standing there as a family as well, with Frost as well..
He couldn't stop himself as he let his family kill the Saurians, and then watched in horror as he himself stepped forward and cleaved Frost in two...

Frost heard Ella's idea, "say, fire guy, why don't you just stop fighting?" The elemental turned to him, "do you really think reasoning will work?" it asked, "no." Frost inconspicuously reached his hand towards the river, the rain beating the ground, into a soggy mess.

"How about you cool down," Frost clenched his hand, fastening it around the river's energies. "Just have a nice, refreshing... BATH!" Frost's hand shot forward, and so did the river, a torrent of furious water pounding into the elemental. The elemental screamed and tried itself, but it was too late, the fire started to die, the rain only adding insult to injury.

"Agghhffss! I'M MELTIINNNGG" It screamed in agony, it threw itself to the ground, as if to try and put itself out. The soggy ground only served to further diminish it, Frost ran up, kicking the creature right in the jaw, and launching itself to the river bank.

It struggled, it was doomed, damaged beyond healing. Frost either could kill him now, or leave him to die a more painful, horrible death. He looked questioningly towards Ella, it was all up to her now, her choice would influence Frost's opinion on her.

Ella looked down at the fire creature. It was slowly becoming a soggy mess, all the while screaming in agony. It was clear it couldn't survive this. "Kill him." Ella said. She saw no reason to let him suffer more.

Frost nodded solemnly as he turned to the writhing elemental. "You just had to attack," he said, his head down, he nodded, as if to pay his respects. When he had finished all ceremony, he took a few steps back, to gain some distance, then ran quickly towards the now kneeling creature. The foot slammed into its chest, sending it plunging into the river, a cry of surprise on its lips.

It simply exploded into steam as it was dragged down into the watery depths, Frost picked up the firewood, he felt that Ella was a good person, no, he knew, he could trust her to be there. "Come on, lets get back and start that fire," for now, Frost had conquered his fear of fire.

Ugos awoke to the sound of tramping feet outside.
He lifted his head groggily and saw both Ella and the Saurian kid. His dreams still lurked behind the Orc's rugged visage, threatening to overwhelm him. He pushed his feelings aside and nodded at the wood.
He dropped it on the fire and lit it with a slash.
    He didn't say anything.

    //ninjaed me zollie xD

Lucky for Frost he had scales to protect himself from the rain. Ella, on the other hand was now soaked to the skin.
She shivered, sitting down next to the fire and warming her hands.

"I had, someone I felt strongly for, back in Ravish, many I felt strongly for. I saw my older brother ripped apart, mothers and children killed. Her name was Laurel, I fancied her, but for this journey, I had to leave her behind, it wouldn't be safe." Frost pulled out three water skins, filling each of them with water conjured from his magic, and tossed one to Ugos, and one to Ella.

"I realise now, it's not the orcs' faults, neither is it the Saurians, it is all a misunderstanding. You see, Lark, he wanted to end this long standing war, to unite the two, Ugos, he wanted you to have a home... We need to end the bloodshed, end the war." He took a sip from his water skin.

"You got any idea how bloody big this war is? I'm not doubting your powers,"
He took a drink from the waterskin,
"But the three of us sure as hell ain't gonna be ending it any time soon."

"Yes, but together, I can reason with my Zealot leader, you can reason with your War-Chief." He conjured an orb of water, "Ugos, can you help me with something?" Frost dispersed a largish puddle of water, and closed his eyes, "I want you to move a rock into this puddle, carefully."

Ugos went to grab a rock from the cave mouth, but suddenly thought better of it. He cast a weak spell, felt the sudden lack of energy, and cautiously put it in the puddle.
"look, boy... I don't know these Orcs. They aren't of my tribe. They ain't gonna listen to some rundown fella like me.."

Frost felt the vibrations in the water, minuscule, but he had honed his senses. Faster than lightning, he shot his hand out, the water pressure in that area increased to unimaginable levels, crushing the rock.
"Look, you're better than any of those old orcs at fighting, I say you, and that sword of yours take a visit up their, and beat the living dung out of those orcs. They couldn't hit a Frigisaur's backside if they were standing right in front of it, you, on the other hand, could blast it to heavens above."
"We can play a role, nothing ventured, nothing gained!"

"Look, I appreciate you wanting peace, but I'm damn sure that me slaughtering a bunch of my king isn't gonna do a whole lot. Sure, some of 'em are a bit rusty, or a bit too lazy to be in an army, but they would kill us. I know for sure of one Orc who would have me guts for garters if I ruined their raid. He's about my size times 2, and wears a green cloak... You may have heard his accursed weapon demolishing the houses? It's this 10 meter long log of pine wood with a, and I say this literally, boulder on top. If that sounds like your kinda foe, be my guest, but i'm gonna sit this one out, lad."

"So be it, you don't owe me anything, I don't see why I should be asking... I'm heading to the Zealot, surely he will understand, don't worry, I'll be back before you know it."

Light leans against a tree. He is lost, sad, and completely alone. He takes a dagger he had out of his satchel he writes a letter and puts it into his satchel. He stabs his heart with the dagger unleashing all the magic that was flowing through his veins to keep him alive. Even though he tried so hard to be there for his friends he was never good enough. Light slowly dies leaning against the tree.

The following is what was written on the letter.
Hello guys, When your going to read this i'll be gone. I want you all to know you were the best people i ever met in my whole life and i wish i could of done more for you. Ugos, you were a great friend orcs can normally be pretty foul and mean but your a nice guy and i felt as if we could of been brother if we got closer. Lark wherever you are, even though we fight'd and i punched in the face twice we were good friends and i wish that i could of been more use to you. Ella you were like my little sister who i barley knew but felt i needed to protect more than anything.. Take care. Aspathe when i first laid my eyes on you i fell in love your beauty was stunning, jaw dropping. I wish i could of gotten close to you i'm sorry we never got to talk or even take a chance to fight together. Raven... My little bro if you were here i'd pat your head and try to teach you the things i know. You were like a little brother to me we were together since the beginning thank you for letting a total stranger become such a good friend of yours. Truly, Lovingly..Guys take care. - Light

Frost had neared the Saurian's base, when he saw two goblin thieves, carrying a custom-made suit of Black Star-ingot Armour, "we stole it from 'dose two orcs withut a prublem, Gritch, lets sell it to 'dose lizard guys and make some coin!" the larger one said. Frost looked on, the armour looked like an exact fit for Ugos.

Frost jumped out onto the road, "hold it right there, you thieves, hand over that armour, or..." Frost tried to quickly think of a good finish, "you can hand over your head instead!" "No way!" cried the larger goblin, "we stole it first, you can't steal it!" Frost started to argue, but he then realised, "hey where's your friend..." "HERE!" the little goblin yelled, latching onto Frost's neck, causing him to roar in surprise, and fall into a ditch.

Frost had flattened the smaller one into the ground, leaving it unconscious, he turned to the larger one, whose grin swiftly changed to a look of horror. The goblin was seen to be drop kicked several metres away, followed by the smaller goblin and a shout of "and keep your accursed air cleaner with you!"

Frost turned to see a young man, about 19, lying dying with a dagger in his chest, no doubt a suicide. He read the note, and then walked up to the man, "the name's Frost, I was a friend of Lark, he's dead, he died for me to live. Are there any last honors I can give you, Light,?You don't just end it all because it's tough, you have to pull through, help the people who you care about... But it's too late for that now isn't it? Need me to end it faster for you?"

As Ugos sat there, he slowly realised he may have let his emotions take over him. Decidedly, he strode out of the cave to the Orc's base camp.

His eyes narrowed as he saw a lean saurian kneeling beside a corpse on the path. And his old armour!?
Wait, was that Frost? He got the armour back?
"Boy! That armour's mine! Ye did a mighty good service finding it, I'd tagged it as gone forever. Thanks, me hearty."
"Who's this, then? Is that...? Light?"

The storm seemed to have abated for now. Ella decided to follow the other two and head outside.
She followed the sound of voices to find Frost and Ugos standing beside a tree. On the ground below them, slumped against a tree, lay a figure. A knife was embedded in his chest, dark red blood pooling around it. She stepped closer, and gasped.
    "Light?..."
