    At 1:33, top left, is that a health bar for the spawn building? At 1:44, do the bombs have a bigger blast radius?

    EDIT: also i love how the arrow ricochets off the knight's shield!!! that looks hard to prgram though

    It's just as big as it is at the moment isn't it? I'm sure there'll be options/mods to change it anyway, hopefully there won't be so much need to look hundreds of miles into the sky what with the new building mechanics making those sorts of structures pointless/impossible (from what it seems).

    Personally think that the archer movement looks fine in principle and will help with aiming, but it'd be good if the head/legs had some different increments of movement, kinda like the shield, does when aiming up and down just so he's posturing himself around where he's aiming not just using the force.

    Some things are likely to change and it is the core things that you should be looking at :) and whilst combat/movement is tweaked it will take priority of UI and hopefully bombs changed slightly. Remember anyone can change the UI quite easily of the testers so it is probably most important to get the main things done (MM/Geti..) and then a checklist of quick things to be added at release time.

    I am extremely excited about the archer class; everything looks more fluid and the arrows also look amazing.

    One question: Will you be able to change the key that lights the bomb? I know in the current version you can, and I am so used to using the F key that my fingers will automatically press it at random times during the game. MM said that the space bar would be used to light the bomb, which will really confuse players once 1.0 comes out. Will there be any way to change it?

    They will jump in a cata, light there satchel, get catapulted into a wooden enemy defence, explode and get fire everywhere!

    Yes, the chat is identical in both 590 and test version, which made me a bit disappointed as seeing the rest of GUI is getting changed.

    I'm aware of the mod possibilities in upcoming 1.0 release, yet it would be nice to see a vanilla one getting some love too.

    The archer animation makes me think he's running around saying, "EWWWW GET AWAY FROM THE NASTY EXPLOSION!" in a very effeminate voice.

    Never really noticed that the first time I saw it :p I think the animation of them aiming is more of a concern though.

    I like the way the archers arm moves, I don't really know why. But it gives it character.

    Me don't like the archer move when arrow ready because it looks like the needle of a clock...
    I don't like the slash of king because it looks like the sword is plastic to how it twists

    But i have see that the king might slip

    The new archer run cycle is goddamn hilarious, I love it. That combined with an archer-bomb that spreads sweet, sweet fire, I'll probably be visiting that class once the beta comes out.

    Seriously, keep that walk cycle forever. Best thing since rave lights.
