Actually, there were several players thinking he's hacking. He was speedhacking, but was pretending as legit player, and saying it was lagging hard on his 1 mb/sec ethernet. His ping was 33, and I showed it in the video.
I know the difference between lagging and hacking. Coookie was defenitely speedhacking. He was moving faster than other players and they kept saying "reporting, hax". It's obvious he's hacking. He deserve a perma ban just for ruining fun, spamming his "imma banana" sh** and lieing to other players. I don't think you will do consessions just because he bought the game.

Sorry for poor english, it's not my native language and I'm still learning it.
