I think I'd probably be satisfied with dual monitors, I do tend to get quite cluttered most of the time.

In a couple of days I will receive in the mail this last part of my portable battle station. A 17.3 inch latop, which I will carry around in a big scary looking bag :D

 

Yeah I had 3 monitors for a few months, I rarely used the 3rd monitor. But as dnmr said, I could NEVER give up my 2nd monitor.

You can clearly see my expert cable management behind my desk. Dual monitors rock. Water = magic elixir. Logitech G series rocks. Alarm clock FTW. Overpriced apple product. And last, but certainly not least, my shitty TurtleBeach headphones.

No camera, so I can't take picture. But you could imagine the biggest mess ever on a desk, with an old fashion computer screen picked up in my neighbor trash bin, with a ton of book, and an horrible smell of cold tobacco, and you will be pretty near to the eternal mayhem that I call "my battle station".

 

That was from not too long ago. I've changed everything to red since, but I don't have a decent camera handy.

I'm probably going to buy a third monitor eventually. With University stuff, entertainment, etc. it tends to clog up both of my monitors. Plus, I'm really interested in tri-display gaming and my current video card should be able to handle it. Dual-display gaming would be weird, having the crosshair in-between the borders of the two monitors. Need a bigger desk, though.

I do agree with dnmr, though. You can never go back to a single monitor. I've made a habit of using one monitor for entertainment, and the other for work or university related stuff. It frustrates me whenever I use public computers, or laptops. I have an Asus gaming laptop sitting somewhere, but I can't bring myself to use it, I just feel limited. Tend to use it as a server box.

It's a cheap version of Cyborg's Gaming V.7 keyboard. I entirely regret being a cheap bastard and saving $20 on it, the original version has a lot more customizability, but oh well, it still has all the neat colors, quality, and some customizations from the original. I still think it looks pretty nice, but no -- it's not mechanical. Never found too much interest in mechanical keyboards.
