Starbound Beta

I want this game sooooooooo much.

Most important change: Unrefined wood is no longer a valid fuel source.

 

AWESOME. THE NEW UPDATE WIPED MY CHARACTER COMPLETELY. JUST GREAT!

 

I have two things to say to you:
1) It was announced that it would break gamesaves
2) Beta, there will be more.

 

I didnt know that it was announced never saw it.

Ah ok. Well I cheated my way back to where I was, I can start playing legit now.

 

I started a new game after the patch and am now getting slaughtered by bands of 2-3 firebreathing birds after walking a few inches each life. I'm pretty much stuck at zero pixels and can't craft anything.

 

Time to make an underground base.

 

Its like my first time playing Minecraft all over again.

 

My prick is still hot and stiff and quivering.

Quite literally quivering now, because I finally got a steel bow.

 

Fuck yeah, diamonds are actually findable! I got platinum lower down too so now I have a good pickaxe. Only having coal for fuel changes this game, too. I'm stuck in a system with mostly arctic planets, and only a couple planets with a good number of moons to travel between to save fuel. Now I'm building a base on a tiny planet to try out the spawners.

I want this game SOOOOO MUCH.

 

Its funny. I really havent done anything to do with digging. I never have been below the surface, ever. Though I am now in the system after beta. Can't remember the name.

Right now im focused on getting as many instruments as I can. So far I got a harmonica (so far the greatest of all instruments), two different guitars, two guitar keyboards, an ocarina, a banjo, and I think two others, can't remember. I really like it.

BTW.

If you havent gone into a Avian Dungeon yet, find one. At the bottom there are "star map" items. They are completely for display, but they look the same as space, so covering your spaceship with them makes you look like your entire ship is open. They are 125 pix to scan and 500 to make. They look amazing.

 

Found a cape so now I look like a boss as fuck space wizard.

Go right and you'll immediately find the chest I got it from. That planet might be the one I got my energy dash tech from too, so check the tunnel ponds because that's where its chest was.
