Premium Steam: You don't own the full game.

    I purchased this game on "Mon Aug 25 18:44:53 2014." I have a receipt from Steam and everything if needed. Prior to today, I've never had to "Log In," as I launch the game through Steam. After receiving that pop-up(?) in the client, I attempted to log in using my Steam account (Hyean). After that didn't work, I created this account (Dartini) that I'm using now because my original name (Hyean) was already in use, yet I have no password for it. As much as this irritated me, I still just wanted to play KAG. However upon trying to connect to a server, I was returned to the start menu and told that my game was either out of date, or I didn't own the full version. I was then given an address to go to that should address that problem (http://www.kag2d.com/en/buy). But that is asking me to give you another ten dollars to play the game I already own. Never had problems with this game prior to today, and I really have enjoyed it. If this can't be fixed, I expect a refund through you directly or through Steam.

    This happens sometimes, it probably goes away next time you start up your computer. To prevent being locked out in the future do this: 2014-10-31_00001.jpg



    Then put your email there and your password:
    2014-10-31_00002.jpg

    Then the next time you can just enter your name and your pass and you can log in. This information also works for classic and the forums!
