    Degreaser + Detonator + (axe that deals crits on fire) = Airblast enemy into air, burn him quickly, jump with detonator to him and slay him.

    Hard, but most satisfacting way to kill :D

    I know this server is dead, also I didn't want to bump it for no reason so let's get straight ahead to the point!
