    The devs can't really work on it,
    the noobs are at fault, but they don't notice, so you can't really blame them :p
    You are certainly not a dick though.
    As alpaca said, they need a good tutorial, and they have to be forced to finish the damned thing before they get to play online.

    EDIT:
    ...erm.. aren't there noobs on the other team too? What're the odds that one team has all the noobs.:huh?:
