When you think about it, immortality sucks. You can't die, so everyone you know dies, and you then get lonely. You then decide to make new friends but they then die and then you're lonely again. This cycle then continues until the sun blows up and you're drifting into space, struggling to breath but (Surprise!) you can't die. You then drift in space for a couple thousand years, until you land on inhabited world. The cycle continues. In short: Immortality is a way to experience grief, pain and loneliness. Two letters: NO Why? Because my school English syllabus is based on this. I've had enough. However, I'd still like immortality.
The amount of half-assery in this thread is overwhelming. It would be awesome if you guys could find some real discussion topics outside the realm of food and pop bullshit (read: aspirations).
