Tiered buildings and some gui about

For now, game clearly needs some indication of what is done and built.
This can be simply done, by showing number of scrolls team has bought and is running when getting into trader's shop.
Other way - some kind of panel or screen, but there is too much scrolls, to show em on panel. Maybe some additional button to bring it up.
So idea with numbers in trader's shop should do fine.

Also, some kind of tier-based building would be cool, because sometimes team starts of pointless buildings, forgetting about vital ones.
