Turn command for spikes

    When placing spikes in a square where there are more than one adjacent block, there's no way to order where the spikes should go. Also, you cannot put spikes on more than one of those blocks.

    We already have the "turn" action on many other objects, so why not enable it for spikes as well?

    I don't really see the point of a turning command, it would just make silly block-stabbing spikes. Instead they could just be built over-lapping each other, though I have no idea how badly that would fuck up the tilemap.
