USA planed to nuke the moon!

If this was planned recently i would have said it was because with the space program now shut down. How else are they gonna get their moon rocks to study?

 

Basically it would be cool so america did it.

 

I dont recall giving my plans out to anyone else :(

 

At least it wasnt something as stupid as burning your initials into the moon with a giant laser.....

 

I thought the mericans actually did recently (in the last 10 years) test some missiles on the moon's surface. Not nukes, but some regular missiles. There was an article about it either on a science site or magazine (that wasn't Popular Science). As long as they don't scar up the pretty surface. I want the surface to be smooth enough for me to write my name on it with a giant trilithium photon laser.. similar to what Chairface tried to do in The Tick. I should be able to acquire the laser in about 15 years.. so watch for it.

Not nearly as much damage, as it is just the heat and radiation from the explosion, which don't travel very far in space and dissipate very quickly. On it's looks, I guess it'd be bright and round. :P
