    You can now embed Webm and mp4 media from the internet using the BBCode tag 'video'. You can also upload mp4s.

    Example:

    [video=http://www.techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.mp4][/video]

    Remember not to spam it outside of appropriate places.
