Windows weird high ping

    for some reason I can not play KAG without google chrome open.
    When it is open my ping remains a low amount normally but when it isn't it jumps up to around 400+.
    My experience was i was on Sean's 4v4 knights server, google chrome was open and my ping was relatively low between 33-133, then 5 minutes before i left i closed chrome. my ping jumped up to 300, 400, 500. i reopened chrome and it went down to 33.

    Do you have anything else open that could be using your internet?
    Try playing KAG with firefox, or internet explorer open and see if your ping remains low.
    Edit: Also you could try to reboot and see if it fixes your problem.
