There's not that much to learn compared to games like Distant Worlds, Prison Architect or any CCG (to name a few).
IMO Controls, GFX & SFX are greats. Musics are a bit repetitive but there's no need to put more effort in those area.

What really could be improved is gameplay richness !
Everything is there and works great, build on it !

Yesterday I started the zombie mod in a solo server mode. It was boring... so indeed, like some said, I'm not even sure it's possible to make a great solo experience (except if you're a god at AI or mod something different).
I tried to change the default cycle map, a few things in script and settings but eventually stop looking at it.

The best thing to do if you're counting on your community is to give the best documentations and examples possible.

You forgot the scrolls items and griefing ;-)

The good thing with video games is that you're not at your job and you don't need to master anything at any cost.
Specially with multiplayer games, since everyone is the "NPC" of everyone else (to link with AI).

There's plenty of room for improvements and as far as you understand the basics you'll learn quickly.

I hope you understand that if I made this point it's just because I love Kag2d.
