    Ok so this may not be posted here yet, I'm to lazy to look at future posts.

    So of you may not know but Zen labs is working with KARPS to bring back classic role play. We are also making a futuristic conversion mod, space textures and mod.

    We currently need coders to help with the project Contact us or join our social forums group.

    I'm working on a map editor.
    OK, it's the 4th time, but this time, I have even better ideas than before. And these will not be hard to do.

    - Less harassing with map palette. It's directly parsed from KAG maploader scripts, only tile sprite stuff is to do manually. You easily can change map palettes directly from the map editor.
    - Better code. After objects, after sprites + grids, after surface system, tiles. Easy as this. It's very fast compared to the other ways under GM and truly easy to use.
    - Console, with on-the-fly GM script executing.
    - Better UI system and design, taking its design to the early KAG Beta versions.
    - Generators? Like extensible map generator, terrain smoother, tree generator.
    - Better window stuff : You can resize it, go in fullscreen directly, etc

    > The parser is done. It can read hexadecimal or decimal colors directly from the maploaders.
    > The tile system was incredibly easy to create. It's done!

    > Fully done. The home key leads you to the console, you can type and execute stuff from it, and use page up / down keys to scroll in the logs. There's also a simple line limiter.
    > Not done at all. Let's say, no UI stuff is ready.
    > Didn't do this already at all neither. Map generator and terrain smoother does not seem easy for me, but the tree generator is like veryveryvery easy.
    > Edited : Zoom works fine too. d3d_set_projection_ortho() is such a nice thing!
    zoom = 0.5; will zoom of 2x if you type it in the console, it works really fine. I'm quite happy of this!

    I think that we can all agree on the fact that the current beta Zombie Fortress has a few problems....




    That's why I'm remaking Zombie Fortress as close to the original as possible (with a few mild additions)...


    Here we examine a Skeleton as it scales a wall in attempt to reach its breakfast.


    Here you can see an Ankou set me on fire and eat me alive.


    This poor Zombie Knight is unable to climb. Fortunately his friend, Greg, is able to taxi him over so that he may also eat breakfast.


    This Wraith wasn't trying to eat me, he's just angry.


    The sound of a Banshee screeching is too much to bear.


    Dark. Scary. Nights.
