    Only the sexy ones.

    I figured the red was like gore or just a stylistic choice for shading the lower face or something. Could be a clown, dunno. Unless Geti replies we shall never know.

    I think it's supposed to be a bald guy with a mustache, but it may be a sexy skull crossdresser. I hope it's the second one because even though it's undead it still shows that it's very open with it's sexuality.

    It's a head taken directly from the skeleton sprite.
    The builder already has a handlebar, we don't need competition between the moustaches in-game ;)
