    1.) I shouldn't have to be telling you this since you should already know, but you use the SERVER DIRECTORY to ask this. The thread for BC flats is already there and it's run by Kaizokuroof

    2.) The only reason it's not up is because the server it's being hosted on need to have the OS reinstalled (or get certain libraries added that are out of date/missing). Until that happens, it won't be up. Me and Kaizo can't be bothered to do that right now cause we are busy.
