    Well it'd be fairly skanky to donate a free game to the bundle, especially given part of the donation goes to the developers so if it wasn't premium it's essentially just be free publicity. Obviously it's the devs decision, but I think it'd be mutually beneficial for all involved if KAG premium was in one of the bundles at some point though.
