Wow amazing work everyone, I'm impressed!
I'll be adding all these entries to the OP later on.

I haven't set any date yet, since I haven't even released anything, but I'll inform it in good time.

I've been a bit busy with work lately (and will be.), but that's why I want to push an alpha release out.
It will include:

• Class reskin ( 95-100% done )
• Custom heads ( 15-30 % done )
• World tiles ( 95-98% done )
• Background ( 50% done )
• Workshops ( 70% done + new ones )
• Gui changes ( maybe )
• Mob changes ( 10% done )
• Sounds files ( maybe )

Bombs are now wooden, filled with explosive powder + a screen of some of the workshops I've done.

This map on Beo's CTF looks great with your pack

Also, when there are big groups of people is hard for me to tell what team they are on, as I thought. Maybe using it a little more I see it better or something.

The atmosphere this texture packs creates is awesome, I hope you finish it soon ^^

 

Dont use it in CTF matches then, or at least use it partially.
Because this wasn't made for PvP for the reason you mentioned before I guess :p .
