You can edit these with GIMP,Paint.net Photoshop etc. Size 1 px pencil tool.

This server is no longer active. I do believe, at least the thread.

 

The server is currently down for a while since I am focusing on school, it will be up sometime in the summer, but don't expect the mods to be big till mid summer.
