i would rather test it for a month and then get the bug free version after, than waiting 1 week to play bug free. what im saying is that i want to help the kag community but i feel as if im not doing anything by playing the norm bug free version. Get it? (almost wrote Geti it?)

Impatience never gets you anywhere. You'll be able to help out once it is released by posting bugs on mantis and saying your feedback. Until then just calm down.

i wonder if the zombies will be able to break blocks, if so, that would be wierd.
i saw that there were flying zombies, archers and builders, but it kinda feels weird for me if they implemented those things.
i hope there will be an option to disable some of the zombies, if not, Still gonna be epic!

  5. They can break blocks, if you read the whole thread, Rayne comfirmed it somewhere

well im glad you can carry lanterns i was worried theyd just be something you put down on the ground. it seems you can throw them too which is sweet. does anyone know if it takes up the spot where you throw bombs, that way you can only hold a latern or throw a bomb. or does it just clip on to your character

I want headless zombies that pick up dead player's heads and put them on their necks. Then they just walk away

    Edit:
Well I'm quite good at breaking games :(

Maybe they are adding an inventory system with this build. I keep optimistic about these things. Everyone's focused on zombies, but I'm more curious whether or not they are adding in game music and whatnot. It would certainly set the mood to have frightening or creepy music playing in the background while fighting zombies. Something to keep you on edge.

Music has been there but for some reason it's hard to get it to play or impossible I'm not sure. Go ahead and check your sound folders for some nice music yo.

in that case i suppose "patience" is too.

it seems to get confused by forum members with terms like "entitlement".

No offense, but every time someone complains about the delay, it pisses me off more than another day without the release.

I wasn't complaining, the smiley indicated it was meant in jest.

I fully understand the team is putting in effort to bring us content so I wouldn't make a legit complaint.

Funny thing is that complainers don't even want to read it when someone's saying the release is not coming within a week. They just keep referring to something said before the testing was started.

Yeah, complaining is unnecessary, but still I can kind of see where they are coming from. It's frustrating when you're first told you'll be given something you paid for in late December, and then to have it prolonged for two months. Slowly might I add. It wasn't like "It will release 2 months from now." it was "It will be next week. No, scratch that, you can expect it the week after that. Wait.. nevermind, expect it in your patcher early February."

And I know that this had helped build anticipation, but it's actually probably lost MM and Geti some potential customers because they appear too unpredictable and unreliable. You think half these people understand the kind of work they do? You think it matters to them if MM was met with an unexpected bug? No. All that matters to majority of the consumer is that they will get what they purchased when they are told they'll get it.

Hopefully the devs will learn from this, and the next big release they will either set a realistic deadline or not hype it up at all, because that's what invoked the impatience and anger in many of their customers.

As for me, I am totally fine with waiting because I understand that's the key to a very bug free release and I haven't complained nor asked for it to be released already, but I can't help being a little upset that I've been told to expect it for the past 2 months. It makes it look like they were milking the anticipation cash-crop for every cent it was worth and I really don't want MM or Geti to develop a poor reputation :(

tl;dr - Be a little more understanding about people being impatient. They have been told to expect it since late December and I'm surprised they managed to make it to the middle of February without a riot.

I did check it, couldn't find anything I haven't heard in game already :huh?:

I'm COMPLETELY understanding of people growing impatient. What I grow weary and annoyed with, however, is the few who decide to remind us EVERY SINGLE DAY about how impatient they are. Believe me, I want this release just as badly as the next guy, and when I finally DO get it I doubt my family is gonna see me for like a week, but we just all gotta face facts that it's really only two guys working on the code for a game that's this epic in magnitude. It's best that we bite our tongues and just give them some breathing room.
